what is this?

this is my personal journal for documenting or rambling about personal stuff!

this could mean just about anything. i could document about my day, ramble autistically about something that's exciting to me, complain my brains out, or, well... just about anything else!

i've always admired other people's sites with journals. i think it's SO cool having life events or personal thoughts (essentially) permanently archived on a personal site.

my problem is that i'm a pretty private (and paranoid) person and struggle with the sentiment of documenting things in a public setting. this isn't a bad thing, but i think the concept of blogging is SO fun and i love sharing my thoughts and feelings with people! i hope this can get me out of my shell a little so i can share more about myself!

i'm excited to have the opportunity to archive my journey through this world and have something to look back on!

important disclaimer: i am VERY forgetful. i may go weeks, months, or even full YEARS without making any journal entries.
i want to make a habit of it, but i really can't make any guarantees!
